Some Missouri State Parks participate in the Cabins for Canines program.
Rene K said - I've been working on a list of rental cabins that advertise as dog-friendly. Below is a rough list of what I've come across so far. I tried to list only those that state clearly on their websites that they are dog-friendly, and I have avoided those that have size limits or restrict certain breeds.

Angie said - Some of these specify a limit of 2 dogs per cabin.
Mary said - I heard first-hand from one of our members that Rim Rock's Dogwood Cabins in Illinois is very nice. It is listed in your list. Their website is beautiful, and I bet the fall colors would be beautiful this time of year. The cabins are in the Shawnee National Forest in southern Illinois. A STLAD member gave it rave reviews and said the hiking trails around the cabins are beautiful. http://www.rimrocksdogwoodcabins.com/index.htm
With any "pet friendly" cabin rental, the one thing that turns me off immediately is a statement that some make that says something along the lines that "If you are going to leave your pet inside the cabin while you're away, we request that your pet is crated." I wouldn't be able to comply with that request with my two so I won't stay at any cabin that has that statement on their website.
